Training Program

This 3-day course highlights instructing attendees the effectiveness of leading teams and how to be effective members by understanding controlling processes of a NEPA project and plan development. Attendees will be introduced to various project management professional (PMP) skills that assist in time management, overall project management, team management, and decision-making methods.

Participants in this course will learn the procedural requirements with hands-on practical exercises for completing a wetland delineation. Our wetland delineation training content is divided between lecture and fieldwork (24 lecture hours and 16 field hours).

The goal of this 2-day course is to equip the student with skills to review the full range of NEPA documents, including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), Findings of No Significant Impacts (FONSIs), and Records of Decisions (RODs).
