Training Program

CHEAF 32-hour USACE Wetland and Regulatory Policy course will provide the student necessary knowledge required to navigate the permit process with minimum resources. The course will acquaint the student with each coordinating federal regulatory agency and the agency responsibilities relative to Section 404 of the CWA

The goal of this 2-day course is to equip the student with skills to review the full range of NEPA documents, including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), Findings of No Significant Impacts (FONSIs), and Records of Decisions (RODs).
