Reviewing NEPA Documents

The goal of this 2-day course is to equip the student with skills to review the full range of NEPA documents, including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), Findings of No Significant Impacts (FONSIs), and Records of Decisions (RODs). Participants will concentrate on setting review priorities, reviewing for compliance with the law, reviewing for quality and readability, and preparing review comments.
